Questions From The Trail

Three things visitors often ask the station.

How quickly does the desk reply to a new note?

Notes that arrive during business hours are read the same day, and most receive a reply within one working day. If your message concerns an active trail window or a load already on the road, mark it clearly in the subject line and call the station phone as well, so the desk can respond without waiting for an email pass.

Can the station work with a route outside the JiNan area?

Yes. The desk sits in the Huaiyin District, but the trail can run well beyond the city. We work with routes across regions and coordinate carriers by letter and by phone. The first step is always the same, which is a short station reading of your current sheets, notes and letters so we understand the route before we propose a service mix.

Do we need to change our existing software first?

No. We begin with the record you already keep, whether that is a spreadsheet, a shared board or a small stack of paper. The station reads the record as it stands, then recommends the smallest change that will make the trail clearer. Larger integrated design work follows only when the team is ready for it, and it is planned together with your own operators.
